Job summary

RMS International in North Andover, MA, seeks a Graphic Designer, Licensing, to create production-ready packaging and graphics for licensed consumer products across RMS's categories. You will work from concept through final production, ensuring adherence to licensor guides, retailer specs, and RMS standards.

The role requires strong typography, color, and layout skills, plus ability to manage multiple licensed properties with precision and creativity within brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience with licensed consumer products or brand style guides is preferred.
• Strong typography, color, and layout skills for retail packaging.

Responsibilities

• Design retail packaging, product graphics, displays, inserts, and marketing assets for licensed products across RMS's portfolio.
• Interpret licensor style guides while maintaining RMS standards for creativity and quality.
• Prepare production-ready artwork including dielines, color corrections, bleeds, and print specs.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Sales, and Licensing teams throughout product development.
• Support artwork submissions, revisions, and approvals with licensor feedback.
• Research design trends and packaging to inspire new concepts.
