Qualifications

• Examine statutory licensing documents for legal conformity with Copyright Act provisions and regulations.
• Knowledge of copyright law, regulations, policies, procedures, and practices.
• Analyze and resolve problematic submissions of royalty and filing fee payments.
• Communicate and interact effectively with others.
• Utilize computer technology and software applications.
• Communicate effectively in writing.
• Communicate effectively other than in writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform licensing compliance checks on documents.
• Assist with royalty and filing fee payment submissions.
• Coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders on licensing matters.
• Support information gathering and record-keeping related to Copyright Act processes.
