Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a Licensing and Environmental Officer to join the Enforcement & Safety Service on a full-time, permanent basis. You will engage with licensed businesses, advise applicants on licensing requirements and lead inspections and enforcement files.

The role involves handling taxi, alcohol and entertainment licensing, preparing reports for Licensing Committee hearings, responding to investigations and FOI requests, and driving improvements across licensable

Qualifications

• Forensic, formal investigations and reports are required.
