Job summary

California Department of State Hospitals is recruiting for a Licensing Coordinator (Analyst II) at Patton. The position handles licensing duties, survey coordination, and documentation in the Standards Compliance Department (SCD).

The role requires ensuring confidentiality and professional conduct while interfacing with CDPH Licensing and survey teams. Limited term, full-time appointment based in San Bernardino County; position may extend or become permanent.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe products.

Responsibilities

• Submit unusual occurrences/adverse events to CDPH Licensing daily.
• Coordinate surveys, on-site visits, opening new intakes, interviews, and provide documentation as requested.
• Facilitate on-site surveys for CDPH APH/ICF, TJC Triennial Surveys, CDPH-Environmental Surveys, Coleman Masters Survey, Infection Control Surveys, and other surveys under SCD.
• Apply and renew CDPH-licensing flex requests for Title 22 waivers applicable to the hospital.
• Gather information, tracking, and follow up on Plan of Corrections (POCs).
