We are seeking a highly experiencedLicensing ConsultantorBusiness Development Specialistto support the commercialization of a newly issued U.S. design patent (D1070609) related to an innovative consumer product: a visually unique beverage can featuring a celebrity-inspired aesthetic.

This position focuses onlicensing outreachandpartnership developmentwith leading beverage brands in the U.S. and globally.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize relevant companies in the beverage or consumer product space
Develop and execute a licensing outreach strategy to engage brand decision-makers
Facilitate introductory meetings with innovation, legal, or marketing teams
Assist in the negotiation of licensing or co-branding agreements
Provide insights on IP commercialization strategy

Qualifications

Compensation

Competitive project-based consulting fee

Example: If you close a contact with a beverage company and the company pays dkb $1M annually, your commission should be $80K-150K(8-15 %).
