Job description

Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking interim professionals to support client engagements in transitioning business and operational licenses resulting from M&A transactions, starting new businesses, or winding down operations. Training will be provided to perform scope of work and will require ability to travel for the initial week or two of engagement. Remote work thereafter.

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to interact with federal, state and local jurisdictions, clients and internal team.
  • Problem solver.
  • Responsiveness.
  • Ability to review and interpret data and organize in documentation formats provided during training.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective time management.
  • Strong drive to provide exceptional client service.

Open to professionals with backgrounds in HR, teaching, paralegal work, customer service, project management, among others. No college degree required.

1099 contract work. Anticipated start on or around June 1, 2025. 40 hours/week. Estimated end on Dec. 31, 2025 with potential for extension.
