What You’ll Be Doing:

Wiring the Future – Install and repair residential electrical systems with precision and pride.

Crack the Code – Diagnose and resolve electrical issues like a pro (bonus points if you make it look easy).

Plan Like a Boss – Interpret blueprints and schematics to get the job done right the first time.

Lead with Safety – Always put safety first and follow every rule in the book.

Keep it Legal – Ensure your work aligns with state and national electrical codes.

Tag-Team Projects – Work closely with project managers and your fellow electricians to keep things moving.

Mentor & Motivate – Share your skills with apprentices and help shape the next generation of electricians.

What You Bring to the Table:

Valid Wireman or Journeyman Electrician License

2+ years of field experience (bonus if it’s solar!)

Deep knowledge of electrical systems and codes

Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for quality work

Ability to work independently or as part of a powerhouse team

Clear communication and great customer service vibes

What’s In It for You:
