Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring Licensed Weekend Massage Therapists with 2+ years of experience for second shift. Shifts are 3-5 hours long in the afternoon on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, in Detroit, MI.

The role involves performing massages and body treatments, educating guests, and promoting services to uphold Woodhouse standards. Join a team recognized as America’s best day spa, with ongoing training through Woodhouse University and generous perks.

Qualifications

• Licensed massage therapist with active state license.
• Minimum 2 years massage experience.
• Weekend availability (Fri/Sat/Sun).

Responsibilities

• Perform exceptional massages and body treatments following Woodhouse protocols.
• Educate guests on benefits and recommend home care products.
• Upsell and promote additional services and enhancements.
• Maintain Woodhouse standards in all treatment areas and clean/prepare rooms.
• Participate in continuing education to continuously improve skills.

We are hiring Licensed Weekend Massage Therapists with 2+ years experience for our second shift These are 3-5 hours shifts in the afternoon Friday, Saturday or Sunday

More specifically, our masterful Massage Therapist:

• Performs exceptional massages and body treatments following award winning protocols
• Fully prepares each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria
• Educates the guest on the benefits of the service performed and recommends products for home use
• Talks up all the other great services we offer and provides enhancement treatments
• Provides consistent and stellar treatments up to 7-8 times per day (we like to keep you busy)
• Is a steward of the Woodhouse Brand making sure all treatment areas are prepared to the Woodhouse standards
• Always improving skills by attending continuing education classes
