European Wax Center is seeking Licensed Wax Specialists to provide expert waxing services and build guest relationships in a sales-driven environment. You will upsell retail products and meet monthly service and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetics or Cosmetology license required.
• Passion for skincare and ability to upsell and cross-sell.
• Confident recommending products and services to guests; goal oriented to grow income.

Responsibilities

• Deliver waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax.
• Build guest relationships and drive retail product sales.
• Meet and exceed monthly service, rebooking and product sales goals.
• Create a memorable guest experience to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
