European Wax Center is seeking Licensed Wax Specialists who are passionate about skincare and thrive in a sales-driven environment. You will deliver waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax, build guest relationships, and drive retail product sales through education and personalized recommendations.

The role requires a valid esthetics or cosmetology license, a goal‑oriented mindset, and availability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License is required.
• A passion for skincare with upselling and cross-selling skills.
• Confidence to recommend products and services to guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax.
• Build guest relationships and drive retail product sales through education and recommendations.
• Meet and exceed monthly service, rebooking and product sales goals.
• Create a memorable guest experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals.
