Job summary

Westside Campus of Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to care for long-term residents and rehabilitation patients. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.

PRN shift opportunities offer flexible scheduling in a warm, patient-centered environment. Texas LVN license and a high school diploma are required; prior SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

About the Role:

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at Westside Campus of Care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care to our long-term residents, rehabilitation patients, and those recovering from surgery, injury, or illness. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote patient recovery, independence, and overall well-being.
