Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
What You’ll Do
  • Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient health status
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate medication records
  • Complete and document vital signs, withdrawal assessments, safety assessments, and nursing evaluations
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate concerns to physicians and treatment teams
  • Respond to changing patient needs and clinical situations
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, counselors, and behavioral health staff to provide quality patient care
  • Conduct patient rounds and support facility safety procedures
  • Provide patient and family education related to treatment and recovery
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with admissions, orientations, and other clinical support functions

What We’re Looking For
  • Current and unrestricted Texas LVN license
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred
  • Behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or psychiatric nursing experience is a plus
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a changing environment
  • Knowledge of medication administration, patient monitoring, and nursing standards of care
  • Strong critical‑thinking and communication skills
  • Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality
