We're looking for a confident, adaptable, and solutions-focused Licensed Vocational Nurse who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing patient care, clinical responsibilities, and real-time problem solving. What You'll Do
  • Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient health status.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate medication records.
  • Complete and document vital signs, withdrawal assessments, safety assessments, and nursing evaluations.
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate concerns to physicians and treatment teams.
  • Respond to changing patient needs and clinical situations.
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, counselors, and behavioral health staff to provide quality patient care.
  • Conduct patient rounds and support facility safety procedures.
  • Provide patient and family education related to treatment and recovery.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with admissions, orientations, and other clinical support functions.

  • Current and unrestricted Texas LVN license.
