Job description

Role Overview: Provides patient care under supervision of physicians or registered nurses, following established standards and practices.

• Key Responsibilities: Performs basic patient care tasks such as obtaining vital signs, weighing patients, collecting specimens (including phlebotomy), administering medications and immunizations, and assisting with examinations and procedures.
• Supports patient flow, answers phone calls, documents patient information, schedules tests, manages results, and assists with medication refills.
• Maintains cleanliness and restocking of exam rooms and equipment, orders supplies, and performs routine clerical duties like chart retrieval and filing.
• Participates in meetings, training, and performs additional assigned duties.
• Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program, holds an LVN license (state or compact), and maintains BLS certification.
