Job summary

Camino Ridge Post Acute in Mountain View seeks a compassionate LVN for our Behavioral Health Special Treatment Program. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor resident conditions and collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure quality care.

This role emphasizes detailed charting, timely responses to changes in condition and supporting daily nursing operations in a fast-paced STP environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• CA LVN license in good standing required.
• 1+ years' experience in behavioral health preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Positive, professional and calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Observes, reports and documents/charting on patient conditions.
• Administers medications in accordance with physician orders.
• Takes and records temperatures, respiration and pulse.
• Sets up treatment trays, prepares instruments and/or other equipment.
• Maintains working knowledge of assigned patient's conditions at all times.
• Reviews reports from previous shifts to determine changes in status of residents and assigns duties to CNAs or other nursing personnel.
• Turns over accurate records and ensures oncoming shift nurses are updated.
• Responsible for notifying DNS and/or Administrator of changes in patient condition or other job-related problems.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable LVN to join our skilled nursing team. The LVN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure high-quality care for our residents. Responsibilities include documenting patient status, responding to changes in condition, assisting with treatments, and supporting daily nursing operations in a fast-paced STP environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering excellent patient care.

Currently seeking an LVN position for our Special Treatment Program.

Qualifications:

• Currently CA license in good standing
• 1+ years' experience in behavioral health preferred
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Outstanding communication skills
