Job description

Licensed Vocational Nurse needed for private duty 1 : 1 ratio.

Patients and treatments vary in age and treatment care.

• Paid Training and Orientation / Shadowing is provided along with RN Case Manager Supervision.
• 1 : 1 care, 8 hours a day, at one location within the patient’s home.
• Suctioning, O2 Treatment, Nebulizer, G tube / Feeding / Medication, Pt. weight: TBD, Ventilator (if applicable - Circuit changes)

Credentials Requirements:

• Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN)
• Current Physical
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS card

Job Duties:

• G-tube feeding and Tracheostomy care
• Dressing changes
• Medication Administration
• Head to Toe Assessment
• Clinical Documentation
• Nebulizer treatments (if applicable)
• Seizure precautions (if applicable)
• Colostomy Care (if applicable)

Bonus:

Full-time: $1,000 - $2,000 bonus

Part-time: $500 bonus
