Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Temp to Hire PM Shift

Join FullShift Staffing, LLC as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a temporary to hire position on the PM shift.

Position Overview

Provide nursing care within your scope of practice to meet patient needs, adhering to standards of practice, physician orders, center policies, and all relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care
• Point Click Care charting experience
• Current LVN/LPN license in practicing state
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Chart and report incidents following established procedures
• Manage narcotic counts, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction per company policies
• Document changes in patient conditions, including nutritional issues, infections, skin conditions, and weight changes
• Use the Quality Life Manual for patient monitoring and placement
• Notify relevant departments of room changes, admissions, discharges, and leave of absence
• Conduct rounds with physicians as necessary
