Responsibilities

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Subacute position

This is a part-time, day shift position located at Corona Rehabilitation Hospital in Corona, CA

This position also qualifies for our $4,000.00 sign-on bonus!

The tradition of caring that culminated in the establishment of Corona Regional Medical Center began in 1965, with the founding of Corona Community Hospital. Since then, the hospital has evolved to meet the needs of the growing community. Corona Community Hospital merged with Circle City Medical Center in 1992, forming Corona Regional Medical Center. This network includes a 160-bed acute care hospital and a 78-bed rehabilitation campus, certified by The Joint Commission, employing over 1,250 healthcare workers, with a medical staff of approximately 347 physicians across more than 40 specialties.

The LVN practices under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities include implementing nursing care for assigned patients, assisting with assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations. The role requires strong patient care skills, clerical duties, phlebotomy, and departmental tasks. The LVN demonstrates a passion for patient care, service recovery, and service excellence, adhering to the scope of practice outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association’s Code of Ethics.
