Job summary

You will administer treatments, monitor vitals, supervise nurse aides, and coordinate with physicians. A high school diploma, LVN license, CPR certification, and English proficiency are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to individual service plans and administer prescribed treatments.
• Conduct rounds with residents and record visits on charts.
• Administer injections, perform in-house testing procedures, and record vital signs.
• Supervise and assign duties to nurse aides, monitor their work, and assist in activities program.
• Communicate with physicians and follow through with orders; handle medication preparation, administration, and documentation.
• Monitor condition of medication room, cart, and refrigerator.
• Chart accurately and in accordance with facility policy and state guidelines.
