• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Licensed as an LVN by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners.

What you will do:

1. Work one-on-one with assigned patients (full-time 40 hour day or night shifts are available)
2. Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health nursing services.
3. Communicate with RN Case Manager and physician, as appropriate, on a regular basis regarding changes in the patient's condition and/or needs.
4. Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care.

Skills, education, and experience:

1. Graduate of accredited practical (vocational) nursing program.
2. Licensed as an LVN by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners.
