Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LVN/LPN license.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Our Licensed Vocational Nurses play a vital role in making that possible. As an LVN on our remote monitoring team, you will review patient-generated health data, engage patients through phone and electronic communication, provide education and coaching, and help identify potential health concerns before they become bigger problems.

You're a Strong Fit if You Have
