Responsibilities

The Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Psychiatric Technician provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring technical and manual skills within the scope of practice. Responsibilities include addressing the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care, and meeting communication needs of patients and families. Performs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and demonstrates knowledge of EMTALA regulations and triage processes in the ER setting.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training

1. Current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Psychiatric Technician.

2. Current BLS certification upon hire and maintained throughout employment.

The estimated total compensation range for this role is $28.00 to $37.68 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, education, credentials, and skillset. The exact starting salary will be determined at the time of hire.
