Aviator Home Health is seeking skilled nursing staff to join a clinical team delivering evidence-based home health care in the Denton area. Under RN supervision, you will participate in planning and implementing procedures that meet patient needs and help carry out the plan of care.

Candidates must hold an LPN/LVN license, have prior LVN experience, and reside in the specified area. HomeCare HomeBase experience is a plus, and we emphasize compassionate, hands-on patient care with strong support

• Under the direction of the RN, participate in planning and implementing specialized procedures and duties that assist in meeting the nursing care needs of the patient in accordance with agency policies
• Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care
• Prepare equipment and materials for treatments, observing aseptic technique as required
• Assist the patient in learning appropriate self-care techniques
• Complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner; provide infection control measures and effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals
