We are seeking to hire Full-time Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our team!

Magnolia Gardens Skilled Nursing Facility is located in the residential neighborhood of Granada Hills in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, surrounded by towering Magnolia and Eucalyptus trees. Our professional staff strives every day to make our residents’ recovery a reality.

Available shifts are:

Full time on a 4/2 schedule 7AM TO 3PM AND 3PM TO 11PM ONLY

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Requirements

1. Active Licensed Vocational Nurse in California
2. Knowledge of long-term care patient needs
3. Demonstrated ability to deal with fast-paced environment

Primary Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Responsibilities

1. Provide leadership and supervision to certified nursing assistants
2. Oversee the care and wellbeing of residents
3. Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician
4. Complete charting and treatment plans/physician orders, etc.
5. Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
6. Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary
7. Orient and welcome new residents and families
8. Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC)
9. Other duties as assigned

PAY SCALE: $28 - $35 / Hour

Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
