Qualifications:

• Must hold and maintain an active, unencumbered CA LVN license
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
• TB skin test—2 step (current within last 12 months)
• One year of hands-on nursing experience
• Reliable transportation
• Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing policies and procedures
• Continuing Education as required by the state
