Qualifications and requirements

Applicants are required to have graduated from an accredited nursing school and hold a current state LVN license. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification required
• LVN IV certification completion within 90 days of hire
• Dysrhythmia certification within six months of hire
• Successful completion of arrhythmia course within six months of hire
