Job summary

PIH Health Whittier Hospital is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The successful candidate will practice within the LVN scope of practice, uphold safety standards, and take responsibility for nursing actions, competence, and professional behavior in accordance with facility policies.

Strong written and verbal communication, basic organizational and computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Card.
• Intravenous Certification.
