Requirements:

Candidates must possess an active Texas LVN license and current in-person CPR/BLS certification. Applicants must also have a valid Texas driver's license, active auto insurance, and a recent TB test or chest X-ray. Qualified candidates should have at least one year of nursing experience in home health, a clinic, or another healthcare setting.
