This position is paid on a per-point basis. The compensation reflected on this posting is an estimate of annual compensation for full-time work.

Coverage Area: Madisonville, Leona, and surrounding areas

Shift: PRN, 2-3 days per week

Qualifications

• One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience
• Ability to provide nursing visits according to physician prescriptions and maintain accurate medical records

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• Currently licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of operation
• Valid CPR certification
• Licensed driver able to travel to all locations
