Job summary

Olympic View Post Acute in Washington, DC is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated team. The LVN will provide direct patient care under supervision, administer medications, monitor vitals, and document patient information to support quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, patient education, discharge planning, and collaborating with clinicians to craft individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Current LVN licensure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

About the Role:

As an LVN at Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), your responsibilities will include:
