What We Offer:
  • Instant QAPI Insights: Analyze QAPI data within seconds using MegaData, providing actionable information at the click of a button.
  • Real-Time Wound Reporting: No more waiting for wound reports. MegaData integrates directly with our wound assessment platform, allowing you to access comprehensive wound reports whenever you need them.

  • AI-Powered Clinical Auditing: We utilize Gemini, an advanced platform that continuously reviews our EMR for high-risk events, admissions, laboratory results, and diagnostic findings. Gemini automatically audits documentation and follow-up activities, helping ensure compliance while saving valuable time that can be redirected to resident care.
  • Integrated Vital Signs Technology: Our vital sign monitoring devices connect directly to the EMR, eliminating manual data entry. With a simple click, results are transferred automatically, increasing accuracy and saving nurses time during medication administration and daily care.
  • 5-Star Performance Visibility: Using TSI, leadership and clinical teams can instantly view facility performance metrics related to survey results, staffing, quality measures, and overall CMS Five-Star ratings, enabling proactive decision-making and continuous improvement.
