UT Health East Texas Physicians is seeking a day shift, full-time LVN/LPN in Quitman, TX. You will work under licensed personnel to deliver patient care, applying nursing skills in a clinic setting.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, TX LVN licensure, and BLS within 14 days of hire; healthcare experience is preferred.

• Texas Graduate Vocational Nurse license and LVN licensure required.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

• As a LVN/LPN at UTHET, you are expected to be a competent clinician.
• You are experienced, knowledgeable and skilled in nursing.
• You will be responsible for providing technical and human assistance under the direction of licensed personnel to provide care for a defined group of patients to achieve quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing
• Current Texas Permit as a Graduate Vocational Nurse and then Licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
• Healthcare experience
