DuMolin Community Living has been serving the developmentally disabled community with care, dignity, and compassion since 1976. Position Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled and caring LVN / Group Home Manager to oversee daily operations in one of our residential homes. This dual role blends clinical nursing care with hands-on team leadership, allowing you to support residents’ medical needs while creating a stable, structured, and respectful home environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and lead daily operations of the group home while providing mentorship and guidance to direct support staff
• Oversee and implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) in collaboration with families, day programs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide medical support within your scope of practice, including administering medications, conducting medication audits, coordinating prescription refills, and attending resident health appointments
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as hygiene, grooming, and dressing, promoting independence and dignity
• Foster a safe, structured, and empowering environment by modeling respectful care and positive behavioral support
• Ensure documentation and compliance with regulatory standards (Title 17, Title 22, etc.)

Who We’re Looking For:

• Active California LVN License in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in residential, behavioral health, or healthcare settings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and document clearly in English
• Able to pass a criminal background check
