University Post-Acute is now hiring LVNs for ALL SHIFTS. UPAis a 50-bed skilled long term memory care nursing facility located in Mentone, CA, conveniently located betweenRedlands and Yucaipa. We are interested in experienced LVNs, as well NEW GRAD LVNs for ALL SHIFTS, and are willing to train!!

Shift time (8-hour shifts): AM 7:00am-3:30pm, PM 3:00pm-11:30pm, NOC 11:00pm-7:30am

Job Duties: Medication Pass, Observingpatients for changein conditions and notifying MD, Daily Documentation, Supervising CNAs; Working with Interdisciplinary Team to provide qualitypatient care and treatment.
