Rockwell Care is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for all shifts at their facility in Mentone, California. This 50-bed skilled nursing facility offers opportunities for experienced LVNs as well as new graduates. Responsibilities include passing medications, observing patients, documenting care, supervising CNAs, and working with an interdisciplinary team. Training is available for new graduates. The position provides a supportive environment to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid LVN license in California.
• Experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome.
• Willing to train new graduate LVNs.

Responsabilités

University Post-Acute is now hiring LVNs for ALL SHIFTS.

UPA is a 50-bed skilled long-term memory care nursing facility located in Mentone, CA, conveniently located between Redlands and Yucaipa. We are interested in experienced LVNs, as well NEW GRAD LVNs for ALL SHIFTS, and are willing to train!

Shift time (8-hour shifts): AM 7:00am-3:30pm, PM 3:00pm-11:30pm, NOC 11:00pm-7:30am

Job Duties: Medication Pass, Observing patients for change in conditions and notifying MD, Daily Documentation, Supervising CNAs; Working with Interdisciplinary Team to provide quality patient care and treatment.
