Qualificações

• Currently licensed as LVN in California; compact license preferred for multi-state work.
• One-year nursing management experience preferred.
• Long term care experience required.
• Point Click Care charting experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates knowledge and appropriate use of the Infection Control Manual.
• Understands, participates and assists in Quality Improvement Program.
• Utilizes Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement and monitoring.
• Notifies other departments of patient changes (room changes, LOA, new admits, discharge).
• Conducts family and patient education.
• Administers medications timely and according to facility policy.
• Administers treatments timely and according to facility policy.
• Receives, transcribes and carries out physician orders, per Nurse Practice Act.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
