• Notifies departments of patient changes (room changes, LOA, admissions, discharge).
• Educates patients and families.
• Administers medications timely per facility policy.
• Administers treatments timely per facility policy.
• Receives/transcribes/executes physician orders per Nurse Practice Act.
• Attends rounds with physicians when needed.
