Responsibilities

• Knowledge and proper use of the Infection Control Manual.
• Participates in Quality Improvement programs.
• Uses the Quality Life Manual to identify, place, and monitor patients.
• Notifies departments of patient changes (room, LOA, admits, discharge).
• Educates patients and families.
• Administers medications timely per policy.
• Delivers treatments per policy.
• Receives, transcribes, and executes physician orders as allowed.
• Rounds with physicians as needed.
