Job Summary

Licensed Vocational Nurse District Wide PCN# 2669 Under the direction of the District Nurse, provides support and/or administers student medication. Evaluates basic physical/mental health of students to assess medication efficacy, side effects, and adverse reactions. Collaborates with teachers, parents, and physicians concerning side effects and adjustments. Obtains physicians’ orders for medication needed at school and requests refills.
