Position Overview: Provides nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or physician, following legal scope of practice and established standards. Integrates education, technical skills, and patient interaction to gain confidence and cooperation from patients, families, and healthcare providers. Exercises sound judgment and clinical skills to implement the patient's care plan promptly. Supports departmental functionality by managing supplies and equipment. Adheres to all regulations and policies to ensure privacy and safety, delivering optimal patient care.
