UnitedHealth Group, in partnership with Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, is seeking qualified Licensed Vocational Nurses at LVN I–III levels in Texas. The role involves patient care under supervision, with increasing responsibilities at higher levels, and placement based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an approved vocational nursing program.
• Current and valid Texas LVN license.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.
• 6+ months in a clinical area or completion of a KSC LVN Residency program.
• Computer experience.
• Proven ability to use equipment and related supplies for the assigned clinical area.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in an assigned clinical area under supervision of a Nurse Supervisor or Nurse Coordinator.
• Apply clinical nursing knowledge to ensure safety and comfort of patients and families.
• Identify priorities and organize care for multiple patients.

Education

Graduate from an approved vocational nursing program

Current Texas LVN license

BLS through American Heart Association

6+ months in a clinical area or completion of a KSC LVN Residency program

Proven ability to use equipment and related supplies for the assigned clinical area
