Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for its Dual Diagnosis Detox facility in San Francisco. You will support an interdisciplinary team, provide medication administration, patient education, and care coordination to assist clients in navigating treatment plans and services.

The role emphasizes harm-reduction, trauma-informed care, and collaboration with addiction medicine and primary care teams.

Qualifications

• Active CA Vocational Nursing License.
• BLS Certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Experience and interest in working with safety-net populations and in treating substance use disorders.
• Experience working successfully with issues of mental health, criminal background, and other potential barriers to economic self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Health and Wellness staff to support client care.
• Provide clinical leadership for client health education and medication support.
• Coordinate care with Addiction Medicine, primary care, and other resources.
• Support documentation accuracy and readiness for accreditation and quality monitoring.
