Desert Care Network in Joshua Tree, CA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to coordinate resident nursing care on the SNF/CDP Unit. This full-time role runs days, 7:00am–7:30pm, with every-other-weekend work and a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities include maintaining licensure, CPR/BLS certification, competency completion, and ensuring resident rights while communicating with RN, staff, residents, and families to ensure safe, quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Current LVN license
• BLS certification required or preferred
• CPR certification maintained and current

Aufgaben

• Maintains current Professional License (LVN) and CPR certification and provides documents.
• Completes competencies and health/safety requirements annually and orients staff as assigned.
• Observes Residents Bill of Rights and reports elder abuse incidents as required.
• Maintains safe environment and follows HDMHD policies to prevent hazards and infections.
• Communicates with RN, team, residents, families to ensure quality resident care.
