Baldwin-Gardens-Nursing-Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in California to provide direct nursing care to residents under RN supervision, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

The role involves administering medications, monitoring residents, coordinating with the healthcare team, and supporting documentation accuracy while assisting with ADLs and educating families on care plans.

Qualificações

• LVN license in California is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in skilled nursing facility, acute care or related settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting changes in condition.
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure documentation and charting are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Educate residents and families about healthcare needs and treatments.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations governing nursing care.
