Job summary

Hanker Systems, Inc. is seeking a licensed LVN/LPN for our Infusion Services team in Thousand Oaks, CA. This outpatient position features a Monday–Friday day shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with IV access, injections, and infusion duties in a clinical setting.

Required: active California LVN license, current BLS, California IV certification, and Epic EMR experience. Oncology and outpatient clinic exposure are preferred. Pay ranges from $35.00 to $43.00 per hour with benefits to be discussed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year LVN experience.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Outpatient clinic experience preferred.
• Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer injections and medications
• Access implanted ports
• Perform peripheral blood draws
• Start and maintain IV access
• Administer simple infusions, including hydration therapy
• Monitor patients during treatment
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Communicate patient status changes to RN and providers
• Provide patient education and support
• Document care accurately in Epic
