Sierra Health and Wellness operates an inpatient facility in California housing 16 clients, delivering recovery-focused care. We seek a licensed LVN or LPT to join our team providing compassionate nursing supervision and medical support on shift.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, reviewing charts, administering medications as ordered, and maintaining accurate EMR records. Candidates must hold a current LVN/LPT license, have strong communication skills, and support a recovery-centered

Our inpatient facility houses 16 clients who receive specialized and personal care from our staff. Spacious and newly remodeled facility, located on 4 private acres of land.
Qualified candidates must have a current, valid license to practice nursing. LVNs oversee detoxing clients and ensure that all medical processes and operations are followed, and documented. The ideal candidate must be willing to undergo a drug screen, TB and physical.

Hourly: $36.65 - $44.50
