Wexford Health Sources, Inc. invites a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join the team at Nueces County Jail in Corpus Christi, TX. You will provide direct care under RN supervision, with opportunities across day, evening, and night shifts to fit your lifestyle.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, perform wound care, assist with ADLs, and contribute to care planning in a multidisciplinary setting, delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care to a vulnerable population.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted LVN license in state of practice.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high‑pressure settings.
• A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

POSITION: Licensed Vocational Nurse

SCHEDULE: Opportunities available for day, evening, and night shifts

Position Summary

As an LVN at our facility, you’ll play a hands‑on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Some responsibilities include:
