About the Role

DaVita is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center. No dialysis experience is required; training will be provided. You will support patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease, building meaningful relationships and working in a supportive team environment.

Position Details

1. No dialysis experience required.
2. Training may occur at a different facility or clinic.
3. Float to various clinics during and after training.
4. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Requirements

1. Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice.
2. CPR certification.
3. IV certification if required by state regulations.
4. High school diploma or equivalent.
5. Completed training program approved by the medical director and CMS guidelines.
6. BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
7. At least one year of hospital or clinical experience preferred.
8. Basic computer skills; proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; ability to learn DaVita systems within 90 days.
