Job summary

VCA Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center of Kalamazoo seeks an experienced licensed veterinary technician to join our Supervisor team full time. The role emphasizes full technician utilization, collaboration across services, and coaching staff for growth.

We support ongoing training, development, and leadership opportunities within a 24/7 Emergency & Referral Hospital, with a monthly training focus and VTNE/licensure guidance. A sign-on bonus is offered for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Licensed veterinary technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) required.
• Full-time availability and flexibility for shifts.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Interest in leadership and mentoring of staff.

This role has a $5,000 sign-on bonus . Bonus paid at 30 days and has a mandatory 12-month retention period

VCA Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center of Kalamazoo is seeking an enthusiastic experienced licensed veterinary technician to join our growing Supervisor team full time! (LVT, CVT, RVT).

Compensation : is based on skill set, 5 years of experience, and licensure status (LVT, VTS)

Potential Schedule : Full time (4)10 hour shifts, holiday rotation, flexible schedule
