Our Ideal Candidate:

• Follows appropriate safety precautions and demonstrates proper restraint techniques.
• Proactively assesses patient needs, records all findings, and notifies veterinarian.
• Can collect, prepare and run laboratory samples to include urine, blood and feces.
• Is proficient in placing catheters and monitoring patients.
• Enjoys obtaining radiographs and assisting the veterinarian during surgical procedures.
• Holds a current Veterinary Technician Certification or Licensure or has at least two years experience as a Veterinary Assistant.
• Is ethical, punctual, and has excellent time management skills.
• Bonus points if you have an interest in Rehabilitation & experience with Avimark.
